For the family that doesnt mind making a bit of a fool of themselves you could try the Simulated sky-diving experience - so much fun and never forgotten! I laughed so much - it was amazing! It genuinely is the closest thing to the reality but one heck of a lot safer too. You can find it opposite Wet 'n' Wild on International Drive. For the budding rock-star amoungst you there is a great Guitar Shop next door where they'll let you try out the instrument of your choice.
