The villa is available all the year round
Our rates range from £420/week ($790/week) low season November to March
to £490/week ($920/week) mid-season April to October & Thanksgiving
& £555/week ($1050/week) for peak season weeks such as Easter & Christmas.
There is a £50/$85 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 days.
We can also offer arrival food packs and the hire of baby equipment for a reasonable charge
